    It’s important to distinguish between what truly interests you and what is simply popular or trendy. Just because something is widely talked about doesn’t mean it aligns with your passions.     It’s crucial to make a distinction here: procrastination and laziness are not the same. Procrastination is about avoiding a task by engaging in other activities instead. For instance, instead of writing your thesis, you might spend time organizing your desk. Instead of tackling a big, challenging task, you keep yourself occupied with smaller, less demanding ones and mistakenly feel productive. However, this habit can create problems in the long run.

    Breaking Tasks into Smaller Parts

    Breaking a task into smaller parts is one of the most effective ways to combat procrastination. When your brain recognizes that a task is difficult, it chooses smaller tasks over the bigger one. If you divide a major task into smaller steps, each stage becomes more manageable and easier to initiate. Starting with small, achievable steps increases motivation and makes it more likely that the task will be completed.

    When tackling difficult tasks, eliminate all distractions. Turn off notifications on your phone, put your device on airplane mode, or place it in a drawer. Reducing distractions is essential for maintaining focus and avoiding procrastination.

    Expect that your plans might not always go smoothly, and this shouldn’t discourage you. Analyzing why things didn’t go as planned allows you to improve your approach next time. For instance, did you lose time starting the task, or were there too many distractions? Maybe completing the task itself was the issue. Identifying where you lost time helps you refine your strategy for the future.

    Throughout our lives, fatigue is something we all struggle with. In my late 20s, I went through a period of constant exhaustion. One day, completely drained, I found myself at a store trying to buy vitamins I thought would boost my energy. However, the countless vitamins I tried didn’t work.Today, understanding what truly lies behind fatigue will motivate you to discover how to increase your energy levels.

    But do vitamins or energy drinks aimed at increasing energy really work? In reality, all of this comes down to mitochondria, the energy factories of our cells. Mitochondria act as producers of the body’s “batteries.” Food cannot directly give us energy; it must go through a transformation process to become usable. This process results in the production of ATP, a unit of chemical energy that powers our cells.

    Within mitochondria, complex biochemical processes take place. A well-known example is the Krebs Cycle, a preparatory stage for ATP production. It extracts electrons from the food we eat and prepares them for energy production in the mitochondria. However, not all foods provide equal energy. Processed foods, being nutrient-deficient and essentially “dead,” provide little to no energy. Critical molecules such as B1, B2, B3, folic acid, B12, magnesium, manganese, selenium, vitamin C, and Coenzyme Q10 play vital roles in this energy assembly line.

    Mitochondria and Energy Production

    One of the enzymes involved in ATP production is ATP synthase, which works like a turbine, producing three ATP molecules with each rotation. It rotates at a speed of 7,000 to 9,000 revolutions per minute, generating around 27,000 ATP molecules per minute. The average cell contains between 1,000 and 2,500 mitochondria. Considering the approximately 10 trillion cells in our body, the scale of ATP production is astonishing. A healthy individual produces an amount of ATP each day equivalent to their own body weight.

    However, ATP cannot be stored. It is produced on demand. Once used, ATP converts to ADP and is continuously recycled back to ATP. This means that only about a quarter kilogram of ATP is available in the body at any given time. Since ATP cannot be stored, our bodies rely on glycogen and fat as energy reserves.

    To maintain mitochondrial health and boost energy levels, adopt a ketogenic diet, exercise regularly, and consume nutrient-rich foods. Understanding your body’s energy production mechanisms is the most effective way to combat fatigue and improve your quality of life.

    The human brain’s working system is a miraculously designed, complex, and fascinating structure. In just one cubic millimeter of the brain, there are 4 kilometers of neural pathways. Across the entire brain, the total length of these pathways reaches an incredible scale, considering the brain’s size. Moreover, within this dense and intricate system, no “traffic accidents” occur, demonstrating the efficiency of the brain’s operations
    .
    The speed of thought in the brain is approximately 2.8 million kilometers per second, an astonishing figure that far surpasses the speed of light. Each neuron in the brain can perform 10^16 operations per second, revealing an extraordinary processing capacity. The brain is composed of about 100 billion neurons, supported by 1.5 trillion logistical cells. Each neuron serves a unique function, emphasizing the unparalleled complexity of the brain.

    Traffic and Neuronal Communication
    Within the brain, this complex system operates in perfect harmony. For example, when a thought is formed, there is constant “traffic” between neurons. One neuron essentially asks another, “What do you think?” and this communication occurs within a hierarchical framework. There are no disruptions in this process; all cells communicate seamlessly with one another. If disruptions occur, problems like epileptic seizures or vascular blockages might emerge,

The incredibly high speed and processing capacity of neurons underscore the brain’s vast potential.

    The brain has a self-renewing structure. When a person thinks, speaks, or performs any action, new pathways are formed between neurons. This process allows the brain to continuously learn and expand its capacity. For instance, when a person begins learning a new language, new connections between neurons are established, enhancing their linguistic skills.The human brain can find solutions to all kinds of challenges. If an individual puts in the effort to stimulate their brain, the brain responds accordingly. The brain must remain constantly active, as inactivity can lead to functional decline. Such technologies have the potential to make human life easier and more effective.

This demonstrates the brain’s virtually limitless capacity for learning. However, to fully utilize this capacity, the brain must remain constantly active.     The flexibility of the brain makes it possible to change habits. The brain can renew itself by learning new information and forming new pathways. For example, if a person wants to replace their morning coffee routine with a walk, the neurons in their brain restructure to support this new behavior. This process illustrates the brain’s constant adaptability and capacity for change.The brain’s flexibility gives people the opportunity to change their habits and adopt a better lifestyle. However, this process requires patience and determination. For the brain to adapt to these changes, individuals must allow themselves time and consistently practice their new habits.     When learning quantum mechanics, it is crucial to have a strong understanding of fundamental mathematical concepts such as vector spaces, linear algebra, eigenvectors, and operators. These concepts form the mathematical foundation of quantum mechanics. Among these, the Schrödinger equation is one of the most fundamental elements of quantum mechanics. The Schrödinger equation is a fundamental law of nature and is not derived from anything else. Similar to Newton’s second law, it is directly accepted as a fundamental law of nature.

    When studying the Schrödinger equation, it is essential to understand how its solutions are interpreted probabilistically and how Max Born statistically interpreted the wave function. Using the Schrödinger equation, one must learn how to measure physical quantities such as the position, momentum, or angular momentum of a particle. Understanding Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle is also of critical importance in this process.
